Gaucho's Holidays/Winter Break begins, end of December after VT Graduation weekend, and reopening mid of January when the VT new year's calendar starts. During this period we will be traveling abroad, visiting different places, sharing food and different culture experiences during our trip to keep in touch with our faithful followers. Every break we are visiting new restaurants to experience different flavors, spices, art decor and restaurant atmospheres around our trips, our home town Pelotas in Brazil and surrounded countryside areas. The intention is to collect restaurant and food related ideas to improve our menu, our decor and we will be sharing with you our delicious adventure, spreading the Gaucho's culture, taste and food traditions, stay tuned!!
